All Blue Consultancy provides the following categories of services:
A. Export Support — including international market identification, buyer identification, export lead generation, export documentation support, export process coordination, supplier/exporter coordination, shipment coordination, freight-forwarder coordination, customs/CHA coordination, trade compliance support, and export market-entry assistance.
B. Import Support — including supplier identification, international sourcing, product sourcing, import documentation coordination, import process coordination, customs/clearance coordination, freight coordination, supplier verification/support, and landed-cost evaluation support.
C. Trade Consulting — including market research, product-market analysis, country selection, competitor research, buyer/supplier research, HS-code and regulatory research, and international trade opportunity assessment.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, engagement letter, or service agreement agreed upon between All Blue Consultancy and the Client.
User Responsibility
By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your name, business email, country, and service requirements)

- Comply with all applicable export, import, customs, and trade regulations relevant to your transactions

Intellectual Property

Consulting Engagement
Our export support, import support, and trade consulting services are advisory and coordination in nature. We act as a facilitator/coordinator between the Client and third parties (such as buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies).
- We do not act as a customs broker, freight carrier, or licensed trade compliance authority unless explicitly stated in a specific engagement.
- Final business decisions (such as entering into contracts with buyers/suppliers, pricing, or shipment terms) remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
- Any formal engagement will be governed by a separate scope of work, proposal, or agreement specifying deliverables, fees, and responsibilities.
No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry knowledge and diligence in providing our services, All Blue Consultancy does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to successful buyer/supplier matches, deal closures, shipment timelines, regulatory approvals, or profitability. Trade outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, third-party conduct, and regulatory decisions.

Limitation of Liability
